indie ink Books

At indie ink, we think books are perhaps the most profound form of human expression ever invented. Where else can one mind speak so clearly to another? Books insert thoughts directly into the mind-speak of the reader. They can make you visualize a howler monkey dancing on a telephone wire. They can make you think the words, “pizza is a form of love.” Sure, they don't necessarily make you believe the words, but they can put them there. What you do with them after that is up to you.

For that reason, whether we're talking about a non-fiction treatise on the history of lint, or a roaring yarn about aging hippies on the high seas, what we're looking for is more than just good writing – when we find something that contains good thinking, we know we've found something special – and those are the things we're anxious to share with our readers.
